Unfortunately, STDAware is unable to accept cash payments. However, if you do not have a credit or debit card, you can purchase a prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift card at most grocery stores or gas stations.

To order an STD test using your prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift card, follow the prompts at check out and enter the information on the card like a regular credit card. Should you have difficulty inputting your information, feel free to contact us at customerservice@stdaware.com or 1-855-588-6958

What About Insurance?

STDAware is committed to your privacy and does not accept health insurance as a source of payment. When you use your health insurance to pay for STD testing services, your health insurance company is automatically notified. This goes against our commitment to protect your privacy throughout the testing process.
